لاجل تعزيز مهارات موظفي نما شاركت موظفي نما في عدة ورشات تدريبية منها ورشة تدريبية حول "التخطيط الاستراتيجي لمنظمات المجتمع المدني" ضمن مشروع تطوير

حيث تنفذ هذا المشروع منظمة جسر_إلى ( upper ) من أجل تمكين المنظمات المحلية في العراق من خلال مشروع تطوير الذي تنفّذه بتمويل من الإتحاد الأوربي وبالشراكة مع المنظمات المحلّية (مركز النجاح للتدريب والتطوير في محافظة البصرة، منظمة شاقوفيان في محافظة الأنبار ومنظمة المسلّة في محافظة أربيل).

This project is implemented by the Bridge to (Upper) organization in order to empower local organizations in Iraq through the development project, which it implements with funding from the European Union and in partnership with local organizations (Al-Najah Center for Training and Development in Basra Governorate, Shagovian Organization in Anbar Governorate, and Al-Masala Organization in Erbil Governorate). .
